ViralBle Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of ViralBle’s website and services at viralble.com and app.viralble.com (collectively, the Service). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Before you use a feature that uses YouTube API Services, you must review and agree to ViralBle’s Privacy Policy. ViralBle will present the Privacy Policy prominently and keep it accessible while you use the Service.

1. YouTube Terms of Service

ViralBle uses YouTube API Services. By using a ViralBle feature that accesses YouTube data, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

2. What ViralBle provides

ViralBle provides creator-research tools. Some features use publicly available YouTube data, and certain AI-powered features use Google’s Gemini API to generate research outputs for creators and teams.

3. Gemini-feature eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Gemini-powered features. Those features are for professional or business use and are not directed to people under 18.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining an account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use ViralBle in violation of the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube Community Guidelines, applicable law, or third-party rights;
  • circumvent usage limits or access controls;
  • use the Service or its outputs to harass, defame, or target a creator or another individual;
  • represent ViralBle-generated analysis as data published, approved, or endorsed by YouTube; or
  • reverse-engineer, interfere with, or obtain or provide unauthorized access to the Service.

When using Gemini-powered features, you must comply with applicable law and the Google terms and policies applicable to those features, including the Google APIs Terms of Service, Gemini API Additional Terms, and Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy. You must not bypass applicable safety measures.

6. ViralBle-generated analysis

ViralBle-generated scores, tags, summaries, and ideas are ViralBle product outputs. They are not supplied, verified, endorsed, or approved by YouTube. We identify those outputs as ViralBle-generated where they are displayed with YouTube API Data.

7. Billing

ViralBle PRO is offered on a lifetime-access basis. Optional prepaid credits for eligible AI-powered features are governed by the Credit Terms. The applicable payment provider and merchant for a transaction are identified at checkout.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where you materially violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or violate applicable YouTube or Google terms in a way that puts ViralBle’s access at risk.

9. Availability and AI output

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. Third-party capabilities may change or become unavailable, and we may limit affected features for maintenance, security, compliance, or operational reasons. AI-generated research outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be independently reviewed before being relied upon.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting revised Terms and an updated effective date. We will provide notice of material changes where required by applicable law.
