ViralBle Credit Terms

These Credit Terms govern ViralBle processing credits — both the credits included with ViralBle PRO and any credits purchased separately — for AI-powered analysis features in ViralBle PRO. They form part of, and should be read with, the ViralBle Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. What credits are

ViralBle processing credits are usage allowances for eligible AI-powered analysis features in ViralBle PRO. They are not currency, a security, or a store of value outside ViralBle. They may be used only within ViralBle. Not every feature costs credits — Viral Shorts Radar, for example, is credit-free to browse and save from.

2. Credits included with ViralBle PRO

ViralBle PRO includes 1,000 credits at no additional charge as part of your one-time purchase. Included credits are governed by these Credit Terms the same way as purchased credits (Sections 3–9 below apply equally), except that included credits were not sold separately and so have no purchase price of their own to refund under Section 8. The current included amount is shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

3. Purchasing additional credits

Additional credit packages are purchased through Paddle, ViralBle’s merchant of record. Before you purchase a package, we show its price and credit amount. Before a credit-consuming action begins, we show its debit rate.

4. Non-transferability

Credits — included or purchased — are tied to the ViralBle account that holds them. They cannot be transferred, gifted, sold, or shared with another account.

5. No expiration

Credits do not expire, whether included with your purchase or bought separately. If we change this policy, the change will apply only to credits issued after it takes effect, not to credits you already hold.

6. Future prices and debit rates

We may change the price of future credit packages, the included amount for new ViralBle PRO purchases, and the debit rate for actions that have not yet begun. The debit rate shown before an action begins applies to that action. We do not re-rate a completed action.

7. Failed or interrupted analyses

Credits will not be deducted for an analysis cancelled before it begins or rejected for safety reasons. If an analysis fails or times out, we will restore the credits charged for that analysis. We will not charge credits twice for a single analysis request.

8. Refunds

All purchases — ViralBle PRO itself and any credit package — are final. We don’t offer refunds for a change of mind, for credits you choose not to use, or because a result wasn’t what you expected.

We price ViralBle PRO as a single, low, one-time purchase specifically so this can stay fair: there’s no subscription locking you in if you’re unhappy, our free tools let you try the underlying research approach before you ever pay, and a firm no-refund policy is what lets us keep that one-time price low for everyone rather than pricing in the cost of refund abuse. We think that trade is a good one, and we’d rather be upfront about it before you buy than surprise you after.

This doesn’t override any right the law gives you that can’t be waived by agreement — where applicable law requires a refund, or where a policy of Paddle’s (our merchant of record) applies, we’ll honor it. If something about your purchase genuinely went wrong on our end — a duplicate charge, or a purchase that never unlocked your account — contact billing@viralble.com and we’ll make it right.

9. Account closure

Before an account closure is final, we will explain how any remaining credits will be treated under our account-closure policy, including any refund eligibility. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Viewing your balance and history

Your current balance, purchase history, and a record of the cost of each completed job are available in your ViralBle account.

11. Changes to these Credit Terms

We may update these Credit Terms as the credit system changes. We will announce material changes before they take effect, where required by applicable law.
