ViralBle Credit Terms

These Credit Terms govern ViralBle processing credits purchased for AI-powered analysis features in ViralBle PRO. They form part of, and should be read with, the ViralBle Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. What credits are

ViralBle processing credits are prepaid usage allowances for eligible AI-powered analysis features in ViralBle PRO. They are not currency, a security, or a store of value outside ViralBle. They may be used only within ViralBle.

2. Purchasing and pricing

Credit packages are purchased through Paddle, ViralBle’s merchant of record. Before you purchase a package, we show its price and credit amount. Before a credit-consuming action begins, we show its debit rate.

3. Non-transferability

Credits are tied to the ViralBle account that purchased them. They cannot be transferred, gifted, sold, or shared with another account.

4. No expiration

Purchased credits do not expire. If we change this policy, the change will apply only to credits purchased after it takes effect, not to credits already purchased.

5. Future prices and debit rates

We may change the price of future credit packages and the debit rate for actions that have not yet begun. The debit rate shown before an action begins applies to that action. We do not re-rate a completed action.

6. Failed or interrupted analyses

Credits will not be deducted for an analysis cancelled before it begins or rejected for safety reasons. If an analysis fails or times out, we will restore the credits charged for that analysis. We will not charge credits twice for a single analysis request.

7. Refunds

Nothing in these Credit Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We handle refund requests as required by applicable law and may consider other requests at our discretion. To request a refund, contact billing@viralble.com.

8. Account closure

Before an account closure is final, we will explain how any remaining credits will be treated under our account-closure policy, including any refund eligibility. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Viewing your balance and history

Your current balance, purchase history, and a record of the cost of each completed job are available in your ViralBle account.

10. Changes to these Credit Terms

We may update these Credit Terms as the credit system changes. We will announce material changes before they take effect, where required by applicable law.
